2. Preparation before installation

②. Clean the installation site to ensure that the ground is flat, clean, and free of obvious protrusions or depressions. Determine the installation location and direction, measure and mark according to actual needs. Prepare the installation tools.

3. Determine the installation sequence and location

Before installation, the grille should be numbered according to the drawings and the installation sequence and position should be determined. This can avoid errors during the installation process and help improve installation efficiency.

4. Pay attention to the weather conditions

Under adverse weather conditions, such as strong winds, it is not advisable to carry out construction work on high-altitude grilles. If construction must be carried out in adverse weather conditions, corresponding anti slip and communication measures should be taken, and good visibility should be ensured.

1. Inspection and acceptance

After installation, a comprehensive inspection of the fiberglass grating should be conducted, including whether it is firmly fixed, whether the joints are flat, and whether the surface is damaged. Check the flatness of the grille, which can be measured using a spirit level to ensure that the surface of the grille is level. If there are any areas that do not meet the requirements, they should be rectified in a timely manner.

2. Cleaning and maintenance

Clean up the debris and garbage on the installation site and keep the environment clean. Regularly clean and maintain the fiberglass grating, such as removing surface dirt and checking for loose fasteners. Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on the grille to avoid damaging it

3. Prevent accumulation

Fiberglass grating shall not be stacked on steel beams, and the height of stacking on the installed grating shall not exceed 1.2 meters. Prevent the risk of grid deformation or collapse caused by excessive accumulation.
