High Load Capacity Molded Grating

High load capacity molded grating is engineered and manufactured to carry forklift loads that traditional molded FRP grating is unable to support. Our molded grating is available in Fibergrate’s Vi-Corr, Corvex and FGI-AM resin systems and colors with either a smooth top or an aluminum oxide grit top surface. High load molded grating is optimal for trench covers and ramps, in storage and loading areas, or in other areas that necessitate a product that can withstand vehicular turning traffic. Our grating is offered in 1-1/2” and 2” depths in a 6’ x 4’ panel size.

While capitalizing on most of the traditional benefits of molded grating products— high strength, corrosion resistance, fire retardancy, non conductivity and low maintenance — this specially manufactured molded FRP product has been engineered to carry forklift loads that traditional molded FRP grating products are unable to support. With a 48% open surface area, Fibergrate molded our grating is available in a 6’ x 4’ or 4’ x 8’ panel size with depths of 1-1/2” and 2″. High load capacity molded grating is now available in FGI-AM® (only available in 4’ x 8’ panels), Fibergrate’s Vi-Corr® and Corvex® resin systems. Surface options include either a smooth surface or an Aluminum Oxide (A/O) grit surface. Fibergrate molded our grating merits an ASTM E-84 flame spread rating of 25 or less and a Class 1 Fire Rating.
