1. They separate the resin and glass fiber. This shows a problem with the choice of raw materials. There are two types of glass fiber yarn: medium alkali and alkali-free. Manufacturers use only two or three types of resins to make FRP grating, even though many types exist. The quality of medium alkali glass fiber yarn is inferior to that of alkali-free glass fiber yarn. The resin and glass fiber have separated. This was due to the use of poor-quality medium alkali glass fiber yarn. Someone used it without any technical treatment.

2. The final step of FRP grating molding, heating to solidify, is also a cause of FRP grating fracture. If the temperature is not reached, the resin cannot fully combine with the glass fiber yarn. Insufficient heating time can also cause this.

3. Some unscrupulous merchants reduce the layers of glass fiber yarn. They do this to boost production speed and efficiency. This will also cause changes in the stability of FRP grating. Over time, it will break, and the resin and glass fiber yarn will separate.
